Tracy Flood has demonstrated a lifetime of military and public service to the law and to our community. Originally from Chicago and a Kitsap County resident for 25 years, Tracy is an experienced lawyer with 13 years as a litigator and a respected Pro Tem Judge in Kitsap County District Court. She is a graduate of the Washington State Bar Association Leadership Institute (2005) and of the Judicial Institute (2012).

Tracy Flood has been an active member in the local and state Bar Associations. She served as a Member of the Washington State Bar Association Board of Governors; as Past President of Kitsap County Washington Women Lawyers; as Past President Pierce County Minority Bar Association; as Past Chair of the Civil Rights Law Section; as Past Chair of the Kitsap County Human Rights Council. She is the current Chapter Representative of KWWL.

Her commitment to service includes being a member of the Kitsap County Human Rights Council; the Kitsap County YWCA; the Kitsap County Domestic Task Force; the Council on Public Legal Education, the Women's Advisory Committee, the Access to Justice annual Conference Planning Committee member, and the Annual Diversity Conference Planning Committee Member.

Tracy is the proud mother of Anna Flood who is a senior at Crosspoint Academy. Tracy received the Washington Women Lawyers President's award in 2013 and the Loren Miller Bar Association's Social Justice Award in 2013.
